Telangana JAC tries to be in news again by targetting Pawan Kalyan’s movie.
Last year they tried to create havoc by demanding to remove ‘Komaram’ title from ‘Puli’ movie and even forced the producer to change the title when benefit show was running.
Now, they burned Teen Maar movie posters in hyderabad and announced that this movie is banned in telangana, as the title was a direct insult for Telangana culture !
According to a JAC leader, “Teenmaar” symbolizes Telangana folk culture, especially that of Dalits. “It is a typical Telangana dappu culture used in folk festivals,” he said.
They threatened that movie will not be allowed to screen anywhere in telangana as long as title is not changed.
One fails to understand, where were these self-declared telangana leaders when title was announced in february and posters were displayed since more than a month and even music CDs were released last month with same title.
How come they suddenly opened their eyes for telangana culture just a week before movie is releasing ?
